Early May brought great weather which meant lots of sunshine! We kicked it off with grilled chicken.





Karson fell asleep during his haircut (best haircut he ever got!)



My grandparents moved into a smaller place. We got a piano and a whole lot of dishes out of it!

Salon Happenings

I cant say enough how lucky I am to own and work at a Salon. I enjoy myself every day and work with an amazing group of people!


A couple times a month I get to teach classes to the stylists whether it be on a product, team building, etc. this class focus was Surf Spray.

Summer Loving

Bb. Live Event

Mik and I got to go to a Bumble and bumble event in Beverly Hills in April. It was a night of all things Bumble and bumble and hair.

California loving

In April we went to California for a business trip but got to have a little fine while we were there as well! Of course good food is always on the menu for us. Sprinkles is always a must and we got to check out the new cupcake ATM.

I Just Turned 50

I think my dad had a week long birthday celebration. His actual birthday was the same day as the priesthood session at conference so we had an early dinner at Carrabba's.

Then celebrated at the ranch house after with cake and ice cream.

50 is Nifty

My dad turned 50 in May so Keely and I decided to throw him a surprise party. Many hours, late nights and cursing Pinterest later we had a party! On a side note can we all agree that Pinterest needs to not make things look so easy?!

Yes this is a pinata, and no we did not break it that night because it took us too long to make it to let it be destroyed (we did break it open a few nights later).









The easier of the creations was this picture collage of my dad throughout the years, it was fun for everyone to look at them all during the party.
