One Silly Boy

This boy is so crazy but you can't help but love him. I was going through all my pictures on my iphone and every picture of him made me laugh!

We were roasting marshmallows one night and everyone got in a marshmallow fight. Of course Karson got the worst of it. He was not happy.

"Karissa, I'm a walrus!" Hm, ok.

Another version of the walrus. It's how we entertain ourselves while waiting for our food to come out.

"Karissa, do I look cool with 2 different crocs?" Sure Karson, sure.

FORT

While my parents were gone Kortni built an AMAZING fort with the children. Karson and Karter or course had to show it off to us the second we got to the house. Well I turn around for two seconds and it's not Karter and Karson enjoying the fort...it's MIK!

January Update

For some reason January was a crazy month at the Severe household! Hence, the lack of blogging! Here's a little update of January. We spent New Years Eve with my family. We stuffed our faces with delicious finger foods and those of us who made it to midnight counted down with Dick Clark.

A couple girls from the Salon and I got to attend a Bumble and bumble event in Salt Lake. It was extremely inspiring!

Since December is such a crazy hectic month for everyone we decided to have the Salon party in January. We enjoyed great company and delicious food from La Jolla Groves. We have been so blessed to finally find an amazing group of stylists!

I had my first experience with this place. Worst experience of my life. We won. Enough said.

This crazy kid turned 4! LOVE little kid birthdays!

Went to Sara's Gossip Girl inspired birthday party. A fun night with a bunch of great ladies (not such a great photo).

I can't believe it's already February! Let's hope this month slows down a little bit!

Provo Beach Resort

A couple days before the Provo Beach Resort opened we got to go as a family and check the place out. Such a fun place! Mik catching a wave

When the pool cover is broken and you need to cool down after a long bike ride you resort to Plan B:

RANDOM SHENANIGENS

We have had such a busy couple of months I barely have time to blog anymore! Here is a little update of what we have been up to the last month or so. We have been enjoying spending time with family, especially this little guy.....he may be crazy but how can that face not brighten your day?!

We celebrated this cool cowboys birthday in September

We went and enjoyed a BYU game

Enjoyed Conference and listening to our Prophet
And have been enjoying way too many of these!

I LOVE TO SEE THE TEMPLE!

A couple of weeks ago I got to spend my Sunday with this cool cat:

He unfortunately had a runny nose (exhibit A):

He was getting a little antsy so we took a stroll over to the temple. It was quite sunny so of course we both needed sunglasses, Karson chose some to perfectly match his ensemble. It was quite a long walk so we cooled off by dipping our feet in the fountain

we did some relaxing

On our way back home we passed this lovely beauty and of course had to stop and admire it!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KARSON!

Its this cute boys 2nd birthday today! we actually already celebrated it before my parents went out of town but dont think we arent going to celebrate again! i guess since he's 2 its ok to have 2 birthdays...we spent all morning playing on the tree at the mall (see post below), then we went to the store and he picked out a shirt and now he's taking a nice little nap to refresh himself for pizza and cupcakes. Karson is the funniest kid i know he never fails to make me laugh, and i think he's the only 2 year old in the world Mik actually likes! Happy birthday Karson we love you!
