A few weeks ago we went to the Cayman Islands with my family it was one week of pure bliss! One afternoon Mik decided to break open a coconut the kids picked from a tree. It took multiple knives, a screwdriver, hammer and throwing it on the ground to open it but it was definitely worth the wait!
Fresh coconut is soooo delicious, even ask Karson...
He carried that piece around until it was completely gone, then asked for more! We had a wonderful time and it was definitely hard to come back to snowy Utah. Until next time Cayman...

OHHH you lucky dogs..
Oh man...that looks so nice. Our vacation is still 2 months away! We went to Grand Cayman on part of our honeymoon and loved it there. I think we'll definitely go back.
