MARLEY'S WEEKEND!

Last weekend Marley's opened its second location in the Riverwoods mall. It was a fun and crazy weekend! There was great entertainment, delicious food and a ton of fun people! (I was having too much fun to take a lot of pictures so I stole a bunch from my sister, the crappy pictures are courtesy of my no-flash-iphone)
The sasquatch attacked Karter while Karson clung on to me and screamed until well after he was gone.
During the music performances Karter and Karson found a great dirt pile to play, jump, dance and roll in. Hey whatever can keep them happy and distracted is fine by me!
Karson was my personal entertainment for the night. If you haven't seen this kid dance, you are missing out! He's the best hip shaker I've ever seen, not to mention he mouthed the words to every song (whether he really knew the words or not). Puts a smile on my face just thinking about it!
Notice his sweatshirt is now off. Dancing makes you hot.

I have to admit I had never heard of Megan Joy before last week nor had I ever heard her music. She is extremely talented. LOVE her and that voice of hers!

Here are a couple pictures of the crazy line and crowd!

If you haven't had the chance to eat at Marley's you need to take advantage! It's a cool place, fun atmosphere and delicious food!

Not to mention they have REALLY YUMMY custard! Just ask Karson.....

CONFERENCE WEEKEND

We had a great conference weekend! It was nice to be able to hear from President Monson and all the other amazing messages! We spent the weekend with my family up the canyon, it was so beautiful! I LOVE fall and this time of year, the changing leaves were beautiful! Mik went on his very first "real" horse ride with Kody. He loved it!

Yeehaw cowboy!

Aren't the leaves beautiful?! The perfect setting for conference!

Karson couldn't get enough of the four wheelers! He made everyone take him millions of times, he never got bored!

Keaton bravely took a dip in the freezing pond!

Apple kept herself busy with a gigantic frisbee she found.
