HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

we had such a great thanksgiving! my mom decided she would take on having it at her house this year and i think over 60 people ended up coming! family from all over came, even the california roneys! we spent the whole week with them and had a blast! happy thanksgiving everyone!

OUR WEEK AS PARENTS!

last week we watched my entire family while my parents took a well deserved vacation. we were exhausted by the end of the week but we had a blast! we love you guys! here are a few pictures from our adventure.



karson never fails to make me laugh! this picture was probably taken at like 7 in the morning, he came walking into the kitchen with a huge grin on his face!

we also went to the chocolate expo. YUM! almost every booth had samples samples samples! it was a delicious affair!

no one enjoyed it more...

APPLE!

way back in july mik, apple and i went to the 4th of july fair in provo. one of the vendors called Flutterbye was selling flower hair clips and saw apple and fell in love! she thought it would be a cute idea to put them in dogs hair so she asked if apple could be in her catalog. she sent me a bunch of stuff to photograph her in a couple weeks ago and i finally got around to taking pictures yesterday. this is me pretending im a photographer

maybe its time to have kids when you start doing things like this to your dog?! ha but dont get your hopes up!

then of course karson got jealous and had to be photographed as well...

he wanted to lay down like apple then got down there and realized it wasnt too comfortable!

FOR MY MOM!

my parents went out of town and mik and i get to babysit for the week! (there will be more on that next week once we have recuperated! haha no we are having a BLAST!) i just wanted to post this for my mom since she is gone. kortni got asked to timpviews ugly christmas sweater dance (arent you jealous?). we got home as the culprits were finishing up so they had to sneak away. kortni found this sign at the front door:


she had to follow a huge trail of money all around the yard and found this sign on the playground:

the kids had a blast collecting all the money from the yard, i think they filled 3 shopping bags full of it! now what?

TEMPLE WEDDING PICTURES!

the wedding was fun but im so happy to be married! its been such a learning experience and we are so excited to grow together! i love you mik!

VOTING AND JAZZ

as hopefully all you know there was a pretty important election this week. mik and i went to vote and somewhere along the line my name got lost so i had to do a provisional ballot (i was so mad!) so i only got a picture of mik. it was his first time voting, he was pretty excited!

last night we went with my whole family to salt lake to the energy solutions arena and got to meet all the jazz players. we got to bring something for each of them to sign, most of the players were really nice and friendly but there were a few grouchy ones! regardless we all had such a good time!
