Bookworm

The Amazon Kindle is one of the best things to ever happen to me. You may think I'm exaggerating. I'm not. Mik will confirm it's my second love. I love that if I finish a book at midnight I can quickly download another one, I love when I go on vacation I only have to bring my teeny Kindle instead of taking up precious suitcase space with 5 books, I love that it has a E ink screen so it's exactly the same as a book instead of a computer (like the ipad) and I LOVE that the books are cheaper! I always have a hard time choosing what to read so I usually go by recommendations, here are a few I would suggest. Sundays at Tiffany's: Such a cute book! An adult-fairytale love story.

Water for Elephants: Everyone has been reading this because the movie is coming out. I LOVED the story line but there were quite a few sexy scenes so it was kind of a bummer. I can handle a little sexy but some of it was graphic enough to make me blush! Can they start making clean flicks books please?

Firefly Lane: I really liked this book, a good story about friendship. It's a tearjerker so have the tissues handy!

Madame Tussaud: Suprisingly my Favorite out of the 4! It's based on the true story of Madame Tussaud (the wax model sculptor). I'm usually not a fan of historic books but this was enjoyable and refreshing! I will warn you this takes place during the French Revolution and there are a few war/violent scenes. All in all i LOVED this book!

What are some of your new favorite reads?
