Jazz Time

Last night Mik and I got invited to join my family to the Jazz signing. It was fun to see the players up close and personal and to see a little bit of their personalities come out. Mik got a humongous hand to get signed, you can see he's quite proud of it.

The players thought it was so funny that Karson was "giving them the finger", they kept calling him Finger Man! I think that hand is about the same size as he is.

What, you didn't know Mik got recruited to be on the Jazz?

FORT

While my parents were gone Kortni built an AMAZING fort with the children. Karson and Karter or course had to show it off to us the second we got to the house. Well I turn around for two seconds and it's not Karter and Karson enjoying the fort...it's MIK!

BOWLING

Mik and I went bowling over the weekend. We haven't gone in a really long time and boy I was not so good! Of course Mik was rocking it so I finally had Mik put the bumpers up on my turn so my ball could actually hit the pins!

DELICIOUS

Mik and I discovered the Sweet Tooth Fairy a couple weeks ago. So delicious! These are hands down the best cupcakes we have ever had in Utah (still doesn't beat Sprinkles, but they're on a whole different level). It's located in South Provo in the cutest little shop, my favorite so far has been the Peanut Butter Chocolate cupcake but I also LOVE the little cakebites. If you haven't been you need to go check it out, you won't regret it!

Love Day

We had a lovely little Valentine's Day. Can I just tell you how glad I am that I married Mik? Who else could deal with all my craziness! We both agreed a delicious dinner at Sundance was enough celebration (reason #1: he loves food as much as I do). No gifts. No cards. Just us. We did splurge on a box of See's Candies (reason #2: he loves treats, especially if it includes chocolate and peanut butter). We finished the night by renting a movie (reason #3: he enjoys a good movie, chick flicks included). Ok I could go on and on but I'll spare you.

Apparently the Tree Room was the place to be last night. We bumped in to my parents, aunt and uncle and of course this gorgeous lady!

I hope you all got to spend the day with someone you love!

ICE CASTLES

Saturday night I surprised Mik and took him to the Ice Castles in Midway. It was FREEZING but well worth it! I was amazed that the entire thing was created by hand, that's some dedication! I would definitely recommend going, especially at night because they have it all lit up, just make sure you bundle up!

My Love

Mik keeps my life exciting and fun, never a dull moment! The other day he was at the Salon and got a phone call so he stepped outside. The next thing I knew I look outside and he's climbing the huge snow pile across the street! Must have been a boring phone call?
